enum class GridKit::CoSim::MessageType

Kinds of messages.

Values:

enumerator INIT

Start a new simulation session.

enumerator STEP

Advance simulation time to a target using inputs, then return outputs.

enumerator UPDATE

Recalculate the interface at the current time without advancing it.

enumerator COMMIT

Accept the interface point and write pending monitor samples.

enumerator END

Finish the current study and release its model.

enumerator SHUTDOWN

Request shutting down a server after completing a batch.

enumerator CLOSE

Acknowledge receipt of the final response before closing a connection.

enumerator FAIL

Report an error or cancellation. Delivery is best effort.
